David Ceruolo, Esq.

Massachusetts Estate Planning, Probate, and Real Estate Attorney

David Ceruolo is a Massachusetts attorney and the founder of Ceruolo Law, where he focuses his practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, elder law, and residential and commercial real estate matters. He works closely with individuals, families, property owners, and fiduciaries throughout Massachusetts to create practical, legally sound solutions for protecting assets, transferring wealth, and navigating complex court and real-estate processes.

Attorney Ceruolo advises clients on a wide range of estate planning strategies, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, pour-over wills, special needs trusts, guardianships, conservatorships, and long-term care planning. He regularly assists families with MassHealth (Medicaid) planning, asset protection, and planning for aging parents, disabled children, and blended families. His approach emphasizes clarity, risk reduction, and long-term flexibility.

In the probate and trust administration context, David represents personal representatives, trustees, heirs, and beneficiaries in both informal and formal probate proceedings across the Massachusetts Probate and Family Courts. His experience includes contested estates, creditor claims, probate accounts, petitions for complete settlement, appointment of special personal representatives, statutory trusts for minors, and post-death real estate issues.

David also maintains an active real estate law practice, representing buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors in residential and commercial transactions. His work includes purchase and sale agreements, title review, deed preparation, real estate trusts, LLC-owned property, landlord-tenant matters, lease drafting and negotiation, and probate-related real estate transfers. He frequently handles transactions involving inherited property, trust-owned real estate, and court-approved sales.

Clients value Attorney Ceruolo for his direct communication style, responsiveness, and ability to explain complex legal issues in plain English. He takes a hands-on approach to each matter and is known for providing clear guidance during emotionally and financially significant life events.

David Ceruolo has been a licensed attorney law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 1997 and serves clients throughout Greater Boston and the North Shore, including Melrose, Wakefield, Stoneham, Saugus, Lynn, Peabody, Salem, Revere, Medford, and surrounding communities.
